Carolee Middleton, making her first public appearance since her daughter Catherine’s cancer diagnosis, found herself in a bit of a predicament when her heel got stuck in the grass at Royal Ascot.

Despite her shoe mishap, the duo laughed it off and continued to enjoy the event together, mingling with other distinguished guests.

Notably, Prince William arrived at the event alongside Queen , marking a rare joint appearance for the royal pair at a social gathering.

While the royal gathering was graced by the presence of various dignitaries, including the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh celebrating their silver wedding anniversary, one notable absence was Catherine, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment.

Despite her absence, the event saw the attendance of the Duchess of York and her daughters, Eugenie and Beatrice, as well as and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.

Carolee’s chic all-blue ensemble echoed Catherine’s fashion sense, with her floral dress reminiscent of Catherine’s previous blue lace attire worn at Royal Ascot in 2019.
