**Queen Camilla Stands by King Charles as Surgery Looms**

In a surprising turn of events, Queen has decided to cancel her trip to London in order to support her husband, , who is set to undergo surgery for an enlarged prostate.

The royal couple is currently staying at Birkenhall, Charles’s Scottish residence on the Balmoral estate, where he has been advised to rest before the upcoming medical procedure.

Amid growing concerns about the King’s health, Camilla took to reassure the public that Charles is in good spirits and looking forward to resuming his duties.

The unexpected announcement was made by Buckingham Palace on Wednesday, revealing that Charles has been diagnosed with a benign prostate condition following the onset of symptoms.

The official statement from the royal household highlighted the commonality of such conditions, noting that like thousands of men each year, the King sought medical intervention for his enlarged prostate.

It was clarified that his condition is benign, and he is scheduled to undergo corrective surgery at the hospital next week, leading to a temporary postponement of his public engagements.

Breaking away from tradition, Charles chose to share details of his health struggle to encourage other men experiencing similar symptoms to seek medical help.

This decision had a significant impact, as evidenced by a substantial surge in visits to the prostate enlargement website page, with an astonishing 11-fold increase in traffic within a single day.

Prostate Cancer UK’s online risk checker also experienced a surge in usage, with a remarkable 97% rise compared to the previous week, indicating a heightened awareness and concern surrounding prostate health.

Chiara Sabiezi, the Director of Support and Influencing at the charity, expressed gratitude towards the King for shedding light on his condition and stressing the importance of raising awareness about prostate health.

Offering insights into the royal family’s response, Cameron Walker, GB News’ royal correspondent, mentioned that the Queen and other family members are expected to continue their duties.

However, the question of whether councillors of state will step in for the King during his absence remains uncertain.
