During the recent Trooping the Colour event, a delightful sibling moment unfolded between Princess Charlotte and her brother, Prince Louis.
The occasion, which celebrated the King’s birthday, showcased not only the royal pageantry but also the playful dynamics of the young royals.
As the festivities kicked off, the three children of the Prince and Princess of Wales arrived in style by carriage.
They joined their parents on a balcony to observe the vibrant parade below.
Among the trio, six-year-old Louis quickly became the center of attention with his lively antics, which included yawning and giggling during the Scots Guard’s performance of “Highland Laddie.”
However, it was Charlotte, the more composed nine-year-old, who took it upon herself to rein in her younger brother.
According to lip-reading expert Nicola Hickling, Charlotte firmly told Louis, “You have to stop doing that,” as he danced around in his usual cheeky manner.
Unfazed, Louis responded with a defiant “I won’t,” clearly enjoying the spotlight.
Not one to back down, Charlotte pressed on with, “Do as you’re told.” But Louis, ever the little rebel, shot back with a simple “Nope.”
This playful exchange didn’t end there.
Throughout the day, Louis continued to showcase his mischievous side.
While the family took in the Trooping parade, he was spotted yawning again and fiddling with a blind rope on the balcony, much to the amusement of onlookers.
Despite his antics, Louis has previously charmed the audience with his enthusiastic waves during significant royal events, including the RAF flypast and upon arriving at Buckingham Palace.
His spirited personality has certainly made him a favorite among royal watchers.
