The royal siblings, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, recently graced the Buckingham Palace balcony to partake in the cherished tradition of Trooping the Colour.
This event marked King Charles‘ second birthday parade during his reign on June 15, where the young children of Princess Catherine and Prince William played a significant role.
Following a delightful horse-drawn carriage ride through the bustling streets of London, the trio joined other members of the royal family on the iconic balcony to witness a spectacular flypast by the Royal Air Force planes over the city.
As the crowd eagerly gathered along the Mall in London, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis delighted onlookers with their adorable royal waves, showcasing their innate charm and poise.
Notably, Princess Charlotte took the lead in upholding royal etiquette, guiding her little brother, Louis, on how to properly position his arms during the rendition of the National Anthem.
Her natural grace and sense of decorum were evident as she ensured that the youngest sibling adhered to the protocol throughout the event.
During the festivities at Horse Guards Parade, Princess Charlotte was observed playfully instructing Prince Louis to cease his dancing to the band’s music, displaying her nurturing and protective demeanor towards her siblings.
The young royals, accustomed to public appearances, have gracefully embraced their roles on the balcony.
Prince George made his debut in 2015, cradled in his father’s arms, while Princess Charlotte joined her family the subsequent year.
Prince Louis captured hearts in 2019 with his enthusiastic gestures during his inaugural balcony appearance, held tenderly by both Prince William and Princess Kate.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Trooping the Colour experienced significant modifications in 2020 and 2021.
However, the royal family revived the tradition in 2022, marking the final birthday parade under Queen Elizabeth‘s reign.
