Princess Anne, accompanied by her husband, Vice-Admiral Sir Tim Lawrence, commenced an official visit to Estonia on Tuesday.
The royal couple was warmly welcomed by the President of the Republic of Estonia, Alar Carys.
Images shared by President Carys captured Princess Anne and Sir Tim posing for an official photograph, signing a guestbook, and engaging in discussions at a table adorned with elegant white flowers.
For the occasion, the 74-year-old Anne chose a sophisticated business attire, donning a brown checked skirt suit paired with matching suede boots and a stylish patterned scarf.
The court circular, documenting the Royal family’s activities, reported that Princess Anne and Vice-Admiral Sir Tim Lawrence departed from Royal Air Force Brize Norton in Oxfordshire for their visit to Estonia.
Upon their arrival at Tallinn Airport, they were greeted by His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Estonia, His Excellency Mr. Ross Allen.
Later in the evening, Her Royal Highness, accompanied by Admiral Lawrence, attended a dinner hosted by the President of the Republic of Estonia at Kadriorg Palace in Tallinn.
The historical Kadriorg Palace, now serving as a museum, was constructed in 1725 for Peter the Great, the renowned Russian monarch who reigned over the Tsardom of Russia from 1682 to 1721.
This working visit to Estonia marks Princess Anne’s third overseas trip since the beginning of the year.
In a previous engagement, she flew to Cyprus earlier this month in her capacity as Colonel-in-Chief of the Royal Logistic Corps.
Moreover, on January 16th, Anne and Sir Tim represented the British Royal Family at the funeral service of the former King of Greece, Constantine II, in Athens.
