**Prince Andrew Refuses to Leave Home Despite King Charles’ Attempt to Evict Him**

Royal sources have disclosed that is adamant about not vacating his Windsor estate, despite reports suggesting that III is considering evicting him.

The Duke of York, who has been embroiled in controversy, currently resides in the opulent 30-bedroom Royal Lodge, a property he extensively renovated using his personal funds.

Acquired through a 75-year lease in 2003, the Royal Lodge encompasses 98 acres of land and features a luxurious pool.

Notably, despite their divorce in 1996, Andrew shares the residence with his former wife, Sarah, Duchess of York.

In discussions with the media, a source close to the prince revealed his firm stance on the matter, emphasizing that Andrew has no intention of leaving his current abode.

The source conveyed Andrew’s sentiment that even if the king were to pursue eviction, it would be a logistical challenge.

Asserting that expulsion is unlikely, the source implied that financial compensation for Andrew’s investments in the property could be a plausible alternative.

Meanwhile, Sarah Ferguson, Andrew’s ex-wife, recently made a notable property acquisition in Belgravia, London, purchasing an investment property valued at £4.25 million.

Expressing disbelief at the notion of Andrew leveraging financial disputes against his brother, a royal insider highlighted the palace’s commitment to ensuring Andrew’s welfare.

Despite the Duke’s withdrawal from official royal duties, particularly following the controversial Newsnight interview with Emily Maitlis, sources close to the palace indicate that Andrew finds solace in spending time with his children and grandchildren, often indulging in television viewing.

Andrew’s decision to step back from public duties also resulted in the cessation of his access to public funds.

In a significant legal development, Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement with Virginia Giuffre in February 2022, amounting to approximately $12 million, vehemently refuting any allegations of misconduct.

Notably, the settlement did not entail an admission of guilt.

Having relinquished all his royal responsibilities in 2019, Prince Andrew remains resolute in his position, maintaining his residence at the Royal Lodge amidst ongoing familial and legal challenges.
