**Investigation Continues Into Meghan Markle Bullying Allegations**

A report delving into allegations of bullying against is still under investigation after three months, with a delay pushing its release to next year.

Buckingham Palace has been looking into claims that the Duchess of Sussex mistreated two senior staff members.

Royal expert Bronte Coy suggested that with four resignations within a year, it’s easy to assume Meghan Markle might not be the easiest boss to work for.

Speculations about the Duchess of Sussex’s challenging demeanor started circulating in November when her personal assistant, Melissa Twabtey, reportedly left her position just six months into the job.

Shortly after, and Meghan’s shared private secretary and top aide, Samantha Cohen, resigned after 17 years of royal service.

However, it’s important to note that Cohen’s role with the couple was initially meant to be temporary.

In January, Meghan’s bodyguard, who had been with her for six months, also departed, marking the third close employee to leave her employment in a little over two months.

The most recent exit was Amy Pickerill, described as her right-hand woman, who handed in her resignation recently.

This turnover within Meghan’s staff has raised concerns, but experts suggest caution in jumping to conclusions about the couple’s management style.

Dickie Arbiter, who served as the Queen’s press secretary and media manager for Prince Charles and , highlighted the intense nature of working within the royal household, which can lead to burnout.

He mentioned that the simultaneous departures could be attributed to the fact that employees within the Cambridge and Sussex households started around the same time, leading to a wave of resignations.

While there has been focus on Meghan’s alleged difficulties retaining staff, it’s noted that even her sister-in-law, , has experienced staff turnover.

The royal family has witnessed resignations from key personnel in the past, indicating that such transitions might be a norm within the royal household.

The ongoing investigation into Meghan’s behavior has brought to light concerns regarding her treatment of staff during a trip to Australia in 2018.

Reports suggest clashes between Meghan and her staff during the Australian trip left employees severely affected psychologically.

Claims of humiliation, emotional cruelty, and manipulation have surfaced, with former aides sharing accounts of feeling undermined and mistreated.

The internal investigation initiated earlier this year is now facing delays, raising fears that the probe might be prolonged.

Insiders revealed that only a select few individuals have been called upon to provide their perspectives on the situation, including two personal assistants and ‘s former private secretary.

Allegations of driving staff out of the palace and creating a difficult work environment have been denied by Meghan, who refutes claims of mistreatment.

The complexities surrounding the investigation into Meghan Markle’s conduct continue to unfold, shedding light on the challenges faced within the royal household.
