A Glimpse into Prince William’s Heartwarming Bedtime Ritual with Prince Louis

In a charming revelation about family life, recently shared insights into his bedtime routine with his youngest son, .

This heartwarming moment unfolded during a garden party at Buckingham Palace, where the Prince of Wales mingled with a select group of guests.

Among them was aspiring author Rowan Aderin, who has an inspiring story of her own.

Rowan, once homeless, now works with William’s Homewards initiative in Newport, aimed at tackling homelessness across the UK.

During the event, she presented the Prince with a copy of her book, centered around a homeless boy named Jack.

William’s reaction was genuine and touching.

He expressed his appreciation for the gift, saying, “This is amazing, very motivating.” He even promised to read it to Louis before bed that night, highlighting the importance of storytelling in their nightly routine.

The Prince’s fondness for reading to his children is well-documented.

He recalled a previous outing in South Wales back in 2020 when he and Kate were away from their three kids—Prince George, , and little Louis.

During that trip, they stopped for ice cream, and William spotted a child engrossed in Julia Donaldson’s beloved tale, “Room on the Broom.”

The sight sparked laughter and nostalgia as he shared, “I read this to our kids all the time,” noting how such tales have helped ease bedtime struggles at home.

William’s admiration for children’s literature goes beyond just one author.

He has expressed his appreciation for David Walliams, praising his ability to write captivating stories for both younger and slightly older children.

“I believe David Walliams writes fantastic children’s novels,” he remarked, adding that he had read one of Walliams’ books himself and found it excellent.

As for the little ones, they are currently enrolled at Lambrook School, which is conveniently located near their residence at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.

However, as Prince George approaches his 11th birthday in July, discussions about his secondary school options have begun to swirl.

One prominent contender is Aiton, the same institution attended by William and his brother, .

However, since Aiton only admits boys, there’s speculation that the royal couple might lean towards a co-educational setting like Marlborough College, which happens to be Kate’s alma mater.

The royal family’s choices regarding education reflect a blend of tradition and modernity.
