Prince William has come under scrutiny for his decision to remain silent in the face of the claims made by his brother, Prince Harry.
A royal expert has suggested that Prince William, following the royal family’s tradition of “never complain, never explain,” opted to refrain from responding to Prince Harry’s criticisms.
However, author Alexander Larman believes that Prince William should have taken a different approach by addressing the issues directly and extending an olive branch to Prince Harry to prevent further attacks.

I think William should have given an interview in which he extended the Hand of Brotherhood.
Where he should have said we’re all very concerned about him.
We understand he had the most awful traumatic shock when our mother died so young.
We know life has been hard for him.”
Larman highlighted the potential consequences of diverging from the traditional approach of the royal family, suggesting that it could impact the family dynamics in the long run.
Drawing parallels to historical events, Larman referenced the challenges faced by the royal family during Edward VIII’s abdication and subsequent marriage to Wallis Simpson.
He hinted that a similar situation might be unfolding with Prince Harry and the necessity for a strategic response from the royal family.
Larman implied that reconciliation and dialogue could be key to preventing Prince Harry from becoming a disruptive force within the firm, much like Edward VIII.
