The royal family is making headlines once again as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, are set to move from Kensington Palace to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.
This four-bedroom abode, located on the Queen’s Windsor estate, will be the new home for the Cambridges as they prepare for the upcoming school term.
According to Kensington Palace, the decision to relocate is driven by the desire to provide Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis with a sense of normalcy away from the constant scrutiny of Kensington Palace.
The move aims to shield the young royals from the pressures of royal life and offer them a more private and peaceful environment.
In an official statement released on Monday, the palace announced that Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will begin attending Lambric School in Berkshire starting September 2022.
The Duke and Duchess expressed their gratitude to Thomas’s Battersea, where George and Charlotte have been receiving their education since 2017 and 2019 respectively.
